After applying online, take print out of the submitted online application form, signed on it and send along with self attested copies of relevant certificate, etc, enclosed in an envelope super scribed with “Application for the Post of Medical Officer Advt No.02/2014″, should reach through speed post/ registered post/ by hand to Jharkhand Public Service Commission, Circular Road, Ranchi-834001 on or before 08-12-2014.
